Service Estimates
Any estimates provided for repairs are approximations based on our initial assessment. Final costs may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for all our repairs. The warranty period varies depending on the type of repair. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Problems unrelated to the original repair
- Repairs or modifications made by someone other than Nick's Genuine Repairs
Payment

Abandoned Equipment
Equipment left with us for repair that remains unclaimed for 90 days after we have attempted to notify you of its completion may be considered abandoned. Abandoned equipment may be sold to recover repair and storage costs.
Limitation of Liability
Nick's Genuine Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nick's Genuine Repairs, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
